The Website is operated by Music Effect Events Ltd., Company No. 516654647 (hereinafter: “Music Effect”, the “Company” or the “Website Operator”).
Use of the Website, its content and the services presented on it is subject to the terms set out below. By browsing or using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to all or any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Website.
The provisions of these Terms are intended to apply equally to all users, regardless of gender.
1. Purpose of the Website
The Website is intended to provide information about Music Effect and the services it offers in the fields of music and event production, including weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Brit and baby naming celebrations, private events, corporate events, live performances, musical ensembles, singers, musicians, DJs, Live DJs and additional related services.
The information presented on the Website is provided for general and marketing purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
The final terms applicable to any service, including price, date, event location, artist lineup, duration of the service, equipment, technical requirements, payment terms and cancellation terms, shall be determined in a separate quotation and/or agreement between the Company and the customer.
In the event of any inconsistency between the information appearing on the Website and an agreement signed with a customer, the signed agreement shall prevail.
2. Use of the Website
The Website may be used for lawful purposes only.
Users may not use the Website or its content in any manner that may violate applicable law, harm the Company or any third party, infringe copyright or other rights, disrupt the operation of the Website, gain unauthorized access to its systems, or attempt to access information not intended for the user.
The Website’s content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transferred, publicly displayed or used for commercial purposes without the Company’s prior written consent, except for reasonable personal use for the purpose of reviewing the Company’s services.
3. Information and Content on the Website

The artist lineup, event design, equipment, performances and services actually provided may vary from one event to another in accordance with the relevant order and agreement.

4. Contacting the Company Through the Website
The Website allows users to submit their contact details in order to request information, receive a quotation or contact the Company.
Submitting a form through the Website does not constitute a binding order and does not guarantee the availability of the Company or any particular artist on the requested date.
The Company shall only be bound following agreement on the relevant terms and subject to an agreement or order confirmation, where applicable.
Users undertake to provide accurate and correct information. Users may not submit information relating to another person without appropriate authorization.
5. Prices and Quotations
Where prices, packages or promotions are presented on the Website, they shall be subject to the terms specified alongside them and to applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, publication of a price, package or service on the Website does not obligate the Company to provide such service until the order and engagement between the parties have been approved.
Quotations may vary depending on the date and location of the event, the number of artists, performance hours, technical requirements, travel requirements, equipment and any special requests.
6. Cancellations and Changes to Orders
The cancellation and amendment policy applicable to a booked event shall be determined in the agreement entered into with the customer and shall be subject to applicable law, including the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms shall derogate from any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, including the Music Effect name, trademarks, logo, Website design, texts, photographs, graphics, videos, recordings, music clips, arrangements, files and other content, belong to the Company and/or the relevant rights holders.
Such content may not be used without the prior written permission of the applicable rights holder.
Content documenting events may include works, performances, photographs and music whose rights belong to creators, artists or other third parties. Display of such content on the Website does not grant users any license or right to use such content.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may contain links to social media platforms, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or other third-party websites and services.
Use of such services is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of the relevant third parties.
The Company is not responsible for the content, availability, security or policies of external websites or services.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Website and its use are provided on an “AS IS” basis.
