Music Effect Events Ltd. places great importance on providing equal and accessible service to all of its customers and website visitors, including people with disabilities.

We continuously work to improve the accessibility of our website and to enable all users to browse it comfortably, obtain information about the Company’s services, and contact us easily.

Website Accessibility

The Music Effect website is built and operated using the Wix Studio platform.

We work to make the website accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, the applicable accessibility regulations, and Israeli Standard SI 5568 for web content accessibility, which is based on the WCAG guidelines.

As part of the website accessibility process, we make use of the accessibility tools and features available through the Wix platform and implement adjustments intended to improve the user experience for people with disabilities.

Among the accessibility measures we work to implement on the website:

• Clear and hierarchical page structure and headings

• Keyboard navigation support, where possible

• Responsive display for computers, tablets, and mobile devices

• Appropriate contrast between text and background

• Alternative text for relevant images

• Proper website language settings

• Clear forms and navigation elements

• Support, where possible, for assistive technologies and screen readers

Users may also make use of the accessibility and zoom features built into their browser and operating system.

Videos and Media

The website includes images, videos, and other visual content documenting Music Effect’s activities and events in which the Company has participated.

We work to improve the accessibility of this content wherever possible. However, some videos, media, or content uploaded in the past or provided by third parties may not be fully accessible.

Third-Party Components

The website may include external services and components, including Wix, WhatsApp, social media platforms, video services, and other third-party services.

The accessibility of these components may also depend on the relevant third-party provider and is not entirely within our control.

Accessibility Limitations

We make ongoing efforts to ensure that the website is as accessible as possible. However, some sections or components may not yet be fully accessible.

Website accessibility is an ongoing process, and we continue to make adjustments and improvements as needed and in accordance with the technological capabilities of the platform.

If you encounter an accessibility issue, inaccessible content, or any difficulty using the website, we would be happy to hear from you and will make reasonable efforts to address the issue where possible.
